Since 2018, Torhaus Berlin e. V. has been using the former American Air Force guardhouse and later gatehouse as a venue for community projects. The association now has over 100 members who are actively involved in THF Radio or the Torhaus cooking collective.

In addition to using the Torhaus, Torhaus Studio also initiates Berlin-wide projects, such as a mobile radio station or events at the Alte Feuerwache at the THF.
